The room was spacious, functional, and had comfortable beds, while the hotel's location on a hill behind the property was marvelous.

The newly furnished and large room had all the necessary facilities, a mini-fridge and a kitchenette area.

The hotel staff was weary.

After a long day of driving, the staff at the front desk were so welcoming. Explained everything and gave us directions and recommendations for a place for dinner.

The proximity to downtown, Glacier National Park, and dining options, as well as the cozy seating area, made this spot an ideal choice.

Good variety of delicious food available. the suite comes equipped with a microwave which is super convenient. It can get pretty chilly outside, with temperatures dropping to -20C, for instance. ❄️

Very clean and comfortable. Being the owner of a small dog I appreciated the pet area and pet waste receptacles. We also appreciated the hot breakfast. Very good selection and tasty.

The motel was very good. I asked the age because I thought it was all new. I isn't but it feels like a new facility. It has the look and feel of a motel that is well cared in the motel in general and in the rooms. If we were to be in Shelby again we would stay herte.

This is probably the first time I have nothing to suggest as something I didn't like or could be improved. Liked the place.

The location was nice, with free on-site parking available. the staff was very informative and respectful. Check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was friendly throughout the hotel. the food was good as well. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

Laundry facilities only one washer/drawer. Ended up drying laundry on hangers in room.

Really we enjoyed the Comfort Inns we stayed in. Shelby has good beds, pleasant staff, and proximity to the highway North as well as east/west. The hillside is a picturesque location and your RV friendly camp area is good to see.. We all took a walk up the hillside, welcome exercize after days in the car.

Our older GPS couldn't find you initially. A sign and arrow on the highway from the east could help the weary driver. It was great that you had a dog designated area, but it is a bit near the road and not the safest or pleasantest spot. Recommend that Comfort Inns establish a cross country policy of not charging for dogs. We found several hotels that don't, while one of yours in Sault Ste Marie had a substantial charge.
